Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of terms
Please read the following carefully.
By making a booking or payment with Tiana Curated, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, along with any applicable terms and conditions of third-party suppliers.
By making payment (in part or in full), you are entering into a binding agreement for the purchase of travel services with the relevant suppliers, subject to their terms and conditions.
About us
Tiana Curated operates as an independent affiliate of Frontier Travel, a licensed travel agency.
Tiana Curated specialises in the thoughtful planning, curation, and coordination of travel arrangements. All bookings are processed through Frontier Travel, which acts as the ticketing agent and holds client funds in its regulated trust account.
Agency relationship
Tiana Curated acts as an agent only for third-party travel providers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, and other service providers (“Suppliers”).
By booking with us, you acknowledge that:
Your contract for travel services is with the relevant Supplier(s), not with Tiana Curated.
We do not control or operate the services provided by Suppliers.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of those Suppliers.
If you make a booking on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms and conditions on their behalf.
You confirm that all information provided for yourself and any traveller is true, accurate, and complete.
Quotes and pricing
All quotations are indicative only and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Prices may change without notice due to supplier adjustments, currency fluctuations, or availability.
Some components may be held in foreign currencies. As a result, final amounts may be subject to re-pricing in Australian Dollars (AUD) at the exchange rate applicable at the time of payment.
Prices may include applicable taxes and charges. Government-imposed taxes and fees are subject to change without notice and may be payable at the time of travel.
Deposits and payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Deposits must be paid into the Frontier Travel trust account.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received and processed.
Arrangements are not confirmed until tickets, vouchers, or confirmation documents have been issued.
The balance payment deadline will be specified at the time of booking and must be paid in full by that date.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of funds.
Credit card payments may incur surcharges. We reserve the right to request verification of identity and payment details to prevent fraudulent transactions.
Where payment is declined or verification cannot be completed, we reserve the right to cancel bookings without liability.
By making payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for services properly provided.
Cancellations and refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation fees may apply in accordance with Supplier terms and may be up to 100% of the booking value, depending on timing and conditions.
For cancellations made after the specified deadline, the total booking cost may be forfeited.
Refunds (if applicable) are subject to Supplier terms and may take time to process.
Changes to bookings
Changes to confirmed bookings may incur amendment fees, in addition to any fees charged by Suppliers.
Availability and price changes may apply at the time of modification.
